Trained & skilled staffs:
All of our guides have trained for and attained a Trekking Guide license provided by the government.  All our Guides are highly trained and skilled in normal First Aid, Altitude Issues and Environmental Protection. Our trip leaders are knowledgeable about the Nepali Culture, Environment and Customs. Our professional and experienced guides take care of the myriad of trip details, making sure everything runs smoothly and everybody has fun. We search out the best leaders for each of our adventure tours. Our guides can speak fluent English, a few of them speak additional languages  Spanish, French, and Japanese.  They all are versed in Nepali culture, history, religions, and art, and always will do their best to reveal the genuine Nepal to you. However, their first priority is always safety, maintaining health, security and hygiene before doing anything else!

Safety: 
Our top priority is the safety and security of our customers and staff during all of our trips. Our guides are all thoroughly trained and highly experienced in leading groups through the Himalayas. They all have a special training in first aid and as well in crisis management. In the rare case of an incident occurring on the trek they can organize a rapid medical evacuation. We carry normal first aid kits on all of our tours, which is readily available for both customers and staff but we will recommend you to bring first aid kits yourself from your country because Nepalese medicine some time it does not work properly. We are constantly in communication with our field office and monitor all aspects of government and weather issues that might affect your trip. Also, we are always available 24 hours emergency phone line. During remote or challenging treks, where the nearest village might be a very long walk, our staff carries a mobile /satellite phone (Not in popular routes) for communication and in case of emergency helicopter rescue is available but client should have cover rescue evaluation on their insurance policy.

Fresh and Hygienic Food: : 
During camping treks, expeditions and safaris, we will offer you always fresh, organic and hygienically prepared food which is served by our private cooks. You can have wonderful international dishes, ranging from Italian, Mexican, Indian and other western foods. Of course we can also offer you typical Nepalese food! We always use purified water for washing vegetables and fruits, and for washing dishes and glasses. During treks to high altitude we will adjust our food offered with suitable food to prevent altitude sickness and to provide a healthy nutrition. Beverages include Nepali tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Equipment: - : 
We have good equipments for  tea house and Camping trek /tours such as down sleeping bag, jackets, tents, Mattress and kitchenware but who wish make teahouse /Lodge basis treks & tours we recommends to bring their own sleeping bag & Jackets from their home town or rent in Kathmandu.

A part of our profit goes directly to Help Tourism. We try to develop activities such as introduce new trekking routes, porters' trainings, education, health, environment awareness, local school, Local community club,  and we do help for helpless tourist if they have big problems in nepal.
